What makes the energy in a living space uncomfortable? It is usually an accumulation of stagnant energies. These negative energies can accumulate in a number of ways because we are constantly creating energies around us with our thoughts, intentions, emotions and words etc. We can hide what we feel from others but what we are inside is what is reflected in our energy field on the outside and therefore in our energy imprints that we leave. Our negative thoughts have an instant impact upon us, which can be checked out on a physical level by kinaesiology. Simply hold out an arm to one side. Have someone stand in front of you and place one hand on the opposite shoulder to the extended arm and two fingers on the wrist of the extended arm. Tell them to press down lightly with the two fingers while you resist without too much force or effort by keeping your extended arm at shoulder level. This will give you an indication of your normal level of strength. Now think of something negative and while holding that thought carry out the same test. Vary this with positive thoughts and you will find that your arm will have less strength when your thoughts are negative and more strength when they are positive.
